👨🏻💻 For over 15 years, I've been providing my expertise in managing creative, innovative and complex projects & products for production studios, advertising agencies, brands (and a few startups).
I'm involved in either Pitches/RFP, Discovery phase (SoW) or in Production follow-up (build & run). Or all 3.
I'm an Executive Producer, Project Director, Senior Digital Producer, PMO, Production Director, PO/PM. People hire me not for a headline, but for my qualifications. I could add I'm an award winning and seasoned producer, which always makes a nice statement on a resumé.
I manage multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external (vendors). I have an extensive network of award-winning partners (FWA, Cannes Lions, etc.) in France and around the world to produce your projects.
I enjoy switching between working with creative/technical production teams and programs/projects coordination. I supervise and help teams improve, learn, and thrive on a daily basis.
I work in both agile and non-agile contexts, in project management or product management. I can manage an entire project with a simple Excel spreadsheet or with the latest trendy tools. I'm a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner. Even if most of the time this is pointless. I adapt to projects and teams to be as effective as possible. I am curious, with a keen sense of user experience (even before the term UX Designer existed), technological innovation (while remaining agnostic about technologies), I have excellent organizational abilities and adaptability to the unexpected. I can handle multiple projects simultaneously, even in intensive pace. The greater the challenge, the more I appreciate the opportunity. I coded my first website at the age of 12 using Notepad on Windows 💾. I used Photoshop 5 + Macromedia Flash 5 (also Napster and the 56k dial up modems). I am passionate about the digital world and everything we can imagine within it.
In 2014, I also founded www.wadp.com, a collective of freelance project directors/senior digital producers. I am proud to have a top-notch team serving our clients!
Lastly, I work in Paris, remotely, part-time or full-time, on assignments lasting ranging from 1 month to 1 year. I am always open to opportunities abroad (Europe, Canada, USA, Asia Pacific) and to bringing my expertise with a French accent to your teams!
